Chill Skinz cooling products are made using a 2 step process. First of all Chill Skinz instant cooling towels are made of a PVA material. This material retains moisture once wet but what sets it apart is that a large percentage of the composition is actually a plant extract.

This allows the Chill Skinz cooling towel to have any temperature of water, even boiling hot water, from any source, like a bottle, fountain, river, ocean etc., actually cold and keep it cold all day long !
